RM2M67RN2–Lt. Diego Chiru (Left), Sgt. Audino Saavadra (Middle), and Agent Jan Rodriguez (Right) from Servicio Nacional Aeronaval or SENAN (National Aeronaval Service), conducted a presentation on case studies in crime scene investigation and best practices during a Subject Matter Expert Exchange (SMEE). The SMEE was a part of the National Guard’s State Partnership Program between the Missouri Army National Guard and members of Panama's law enforcement and protection agencies.
