If you've been wondering what Carrie Underwood has been up to lately, let me be the first to tell you that the singer has been busy using her mega-star power to raise the big bucks for charity. This week, she took the stage for an epic performance for the TODAY show's Citi Concert Series, where she sang a number of hits to raise money for the 9/11 charity, Tunnel to Towers.

"Thank you to all the fans who came out to see us on The Denim & Rhinestones Tour! YOU made this donation! ❤️ #Repost @tunnel2towers," she captioned the post. Carrie then mentioned that they had raised over $420,000 for Tunnel to Towers. Her fans were quick to cheer Carrie on for her big performance and her even bigger heart. "She is such CLASS," one person commented. "I just love your passion of giving back to others 💕," another wrote.

So, if her performance (and these pics) have you wondering what Carrie does in the fitness department, you're certainly not alone. Women's Health is here with the scoop.

Those toned legs aren't the only proof that Carrie is devoted to her gym workouts. The "Take Me Out" singer has also talked about training every day with her personal trainer, Eve Overland, CPT, for 90 minutes. In fact, they've been working together for 13 years! "Carrie is always up for a challenge," Overland told WH. "She loves to push her body. She continues to grow by trying new things and practices until it is mastered. She is a machine."

Carrie's leg workouts are often a mix of bodyweight moves and ones using weights. In January, she shared one of her go-to workouts on Instagram that includes: fire hydrants, side lying leg lifts, bulldog floor squats, and standing hamstring curls.

Carrie's arm workout is a circuit that she performs three times on each side of her body. The circuit includes: pullups, kneeling single-arm cable lat pulldown on right/left side, renegade dumbbell rows, and right/left forearm plank thread-the-needle.

To fuel herself well for her intense training sessions, Carrie told WH she sticks to a vegetarian diet and calls herself a “wannabe vegan”. To make sure she gets enough macronutrients, she uses the MyFitnessPal app and aims to have her diet made up of 45 percent carbs, 30 percent fat, and 25 percent protein.

And while Carrie doesn't have much of a sweet tooth, she does treat herself with her fave drink once in a while. “I do have my vice,” Carrie told WH, “and it’s red wine. It’s good for my heart, right?!”

I love your big heart, Carrie!
