Even when you pay before the scheduled…

Even when you pay before the scheduled date for Fernovo and overpay against your due amounts, they will harass you and say your account is in arrears. Their customer service is abysmal, they will lie to you and frustrate you at every corner. They'll say they've done something, not do it and lie about later. They will talk over you and go round in circles even if you know they know they're in the wrong.

Rubbish

Rubbish, got a letter in aug offering comp/ redress which stated once I returned acceptance form it’ll be processed within 21days. Surprisingly they didn’t receive form. Sent me another 26 days after first I sent it back. They recieved it 28th sep. it’s now been over 41 days and still not recieved payment. Shoulda got it 20 days ago. Email them, we are dealing with a lot of cases so it’s taking longer in capital letters NO NEED TO EMAIL US AGAIN.

Please AVOID at all costs

Please AVOID at all costs! I borrowed from their sister company Fernovo and complained about irresponsible lending. They have 8 weeks to respond and i received zero reply and the 8 week timescale has now passed.

Complaint forwarded to the financial ombudsman!

Do not borrow from these people, they do not check that you can afford the repayments! If they did with me it would have been clear how desperate i was!

incompetent and inefficient

Borrowed through their brand Fernovo

Having used them on several occasions and having always paid on time. I was disgusted today to note that they had placed an arrangement to pay marker on my credit file. I am disgusted as this has ruined my credit rating.

Incompetent staff and poorly run

They are beyond incompetent to the point of being mismanaged. I have complained to the FCA about them.
They are impossible to contact either by phone or email as they just don’t respond. They have incorrect details on file. They make decisions in absentia of any evidence.
Avoid at all costs.

Glitchy web-app, suspiciously dodgy company it seems.

No idea what's going on - the website on the footer of the email (fernovo.co.uk - their sister company) doesn't even exist. Instead it is fernovo.com. No live support, been told funds have been deposited whereas I see nothing on my account. No idea how to terminate the agreement as I'm not paying back for money that I haven't even received.

I PUT IN A COMPLAINT REGARDING IRRESPONSBLE LEND THEY HAD 8 WEEKS TO PROVIDE A FINAL RESPONSE IT IS NOW WEEK 11 AND DESPITE NUMEROUS EMAILS THEY HAVEN'T EVEN BOTHERED TO REPLY.. FORMAL COMPLAINT WILL NOW BE LODGED WITH THE FOS!!!!

Non-existent customer service!

Unfortunately I have to agree with other posters in saying the customer service skills at Quidie are abysmal... Emails are totally ignored and even though I am openly corresponding and in an arrangement with the debt collectors involved (AYOM Ltd) Quidie are STILL adding interest on a daily basis and have not responded to any correspondence. I sent a complaint in this evening - doubtful that I'll receive a response but this will be escalated to the ombudsman if that is the case! Also agree that affordability checks and credit checks are inadequate - they're quick enough to pay out and whack interest on but refuse to help when you get stuck! Avoid!

Have had 3 loans with them and haven't…

Have had 3 loans with them and haven't found an issue at all.
I haven't got the greatest credit file due to another company mixing things up with someone else's file but fernovo have been amazing payments made and taken on time funds always sent within an hour.
The app is glitch sometimes and I've had to reset password a few times but can't fault the company so I don't care.
Fantastic customer service from helpful staff too I've never had any issues but then I pay on time every time or I pay it off early so I won't have issues maybe that's some other people's issues hence their bad feedback...

Do not answer emails

Do not answer emails, only with generic ones telling you what you already knew. No one is ever available on the "Live Chat". Was 2nd in the queue on the phone but a lady answer saying someone will call me - never happened. They send emails telling you there is an alternative way to pay by debit card via their website - no such service on their website exists. Their bank details do not exist for bank transfers either. A complete shambles and wish I had never used them.

Rubbish and unsympathetic

Rubbish, irresponsible lender - quick enough to give you the money then when you are stuck and in a desperate situation they are completely unsympathetic and only care about getting their money back. They are slow at responding to emails and customer service assistants are rubbish as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRASH COMPANY AND THEIR TRASH EMPLOYEES!

Ignoring customer

Fernovo Quidie have failed after over 9 weeks to issue Final Response to my complaint although setup a payment plan would not be in this situation if not for your error.
Also ignoring 4 emails is disgraceful.
Will Fernovo honor me a acknowledgement or response?????

Awful company

Awful company. The customer service this company provides is extremely poor and very unprofessional. The staff are very rude, condescending and unhelpful. Every member of their customer care team is disrespectful, uninterested and will advise you incorrect information. Avoid taking out loans with these people, as they do not want to help resolve issues, even when those issues arise because of their own errors or failings. The worst customer experience I have ever had!

Would not recommend - slow results taking you to the next day for a decline.

Checking reviews online the site seemed worth a shot (although no reviews via Trustpilot I am the first). Everything seemed good looked through the full site for info and applied. Instantly approved after a really quick form so the site takes me through a 1p card payment, multiple checks and then emails me to confirm completion... but that an underwriter will finish the application within 1 hour (it also stated in business hours that it is usually quicker than that).

All good, although the approval was a little quick in the process as it seemed like they hadn’t actually reviewed anything. So 14 hours later and nothing - contact Live Chat who stated it of hours it takes longer so I had to wait. An hour later it’s declined - no email to confirm the decision I had to be rudely told by a Live Chat agent who ended the chat as soon as she confirmed it.

Would not recommend this site there are much much better options out there.

Poor consistency

I have to be honest . Better rates than most and they gave me two loans , despite my poor credit. Now to explain the one star. I repaid both loans and never missed a payment , my credit should be repairing , but they turned me down for a third. No idea why they would give me two loans that I repaid in full , without a single missed payment and not a third .

Really rubbish company

Really rubbish company. Get a message and all of these numerical codes and an emaul telling me ive passed the search and am going to get the loan. Next thing i heard nothing so i called to be told you've been declined. I said that i didnt get an email and was told to check my spam. Told the person theres nothing there. No decency at all stay clear they are patronising liars. Fernovo/Quidie. A load of tosh!

My finances changed during Covid & I…

My finances changed during Covid & I was so worried about making the initial agreed payments. I contacted customer services & they were fantastic. Reducing my payments over a longer period with genuine concern for my situation. The relief was genuine & I would consider their customer service to be five star.
Best customer service experience I have ever had. Well done.
