    Qualifications Required: ITI or 7-10 years of experience in steel fabrication
    AED: 3000-3500/-

    *Experience / Skills:
    Must Have experience in 6G welding W/0 backing.
    *Justification: For Al Hamra Project

    • Produce sound weld according to the given Welding procedure specification


    • Check the welding electrode, welding machine and substrate before welding
    • Maintains uniform and quality welding in all position with GTAW & SMAW
    Process
    • Should produce uniform welding with proper weld bead size
    • Perform necessary maintenance and repair on all equipment used in welding
    • Perform grinding and should clean the weld bead from excess reinforcement,
    welding spatters and other visual defects .
    • Grind and clean all the sharp edges and lamination on the material.
    Job Description : • Assisting the welding and NDE inspection.
    • Maintaing welding oven and baking of electrode according to the Instruction of
    QA/QC engineer.
    • Should return back the remaining electrode to the stores or to the oven at the end
    of the day after completing the work.
    • Perform Work safely withh all necessary PPE.
