My main goal is to help you meaningfully engage with life on your terms with a sense of confidence knowing that you have the tools necessary to deal with life’s challenges. I meet with clients dealing with a variety of issues, but my specialties are relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, ADHD, spirituality, and trauma. My clients’ goals tend to include improving their: emotional regulation, executive functioning, communication, conflict resolution, relationship with themselves, relationship with others, or relationship with a higher power. I can meet with you either individually, as a couple, or as a family.
I begin therapy with a thorough assessment of the situation. This way, we can collaboratively set goals that are informed by your lived experience, in line with your values, and supported by research. My therapy is rooted in evidence-based practices, and my style combines collaboration, humor, creativity, and direct honesty.
Having gone through therapy myself, I know how scary meeting with someone new can be. This process can be especially frustrating if you’ve already tried other therapists and you didn’t feel like they were a good fit for you.
