Gameweek 23 | Everton Football Club vs Tottenham Hotspur Football Club | Goodison Park A brace from Richarlison saw Spurs going home with the three points, but a late header from Jarrad Branthwaite in the 4th minute of the stoppage time spoiled the party for the visitors. Though Spurs took the lead twice in the game, they couldn't keep at it. Here's the match analysis of Ange Postecoglou's Spurs: - 2+2 and 3+1 build up - Full backs occupying the half spaces with wingers holding the width - Overloading the center to isolate the wingers and create 1v1 - Half space runs - Counter pressing inn the middle third. Strengths: - Were able to regain possession with counter pressing - Were effective at creating goal scoring opportunities from the flanks Weakness: - Committed number of individual errors - Not effective in defending set pieces - Shift in the defensive line leaving space in the opposite flank in the defensive third. 📹 Video is made with Play by Metrica Sports. #football #footballanalysis #spurs #everton #premierleague #matchanalysis

Willing to grow is one of the key aspects of greatness.
Playing top of the table Sunby BK was a hard fought match. Playing Striker the first half and Left Wing the second half. Being Adaptable is a trait that seems to be more necessary as football evolves. Having a full 90 minutes helps prepare me for the second half of the season. Where we look foward to top our league.

Video by myself De Zerbi ball and Arsenal let’s get inspired by Arsenal! For me one of the best teams that I ve seen that caused De Zerbi problems is Arsenal and they managed to cancel the box4 structure by a high pressing with and axial triangle that wasn’t without risks 1- Arsenal playing with 4231 flexible shape is pushing both Odegaard and Xhaka on both Brighton’s pivots Gross and Glimmour plus the striker who is trying to cancel the switch of the play 2- force back by canceling the pivots or their options to turn and then having Odegaard pushing on one of the defenders often it’s was Collway who is not a sacred defender who do have excellent ability in finding both top of the box4 Mac Allister and Ferguson (diagonal), but if you go to him with the right intensity having at your back Saka maintaining the right distance on Estupinian, Xhaka spotting the right pivot to press as both pivots go close to support on a side, with Jorginho screening and of course on the other parallel side striker preventing plus covering you can have a chance to harm on the turnover as they have wingers wide and high offering Arsenal fbs 1v1 with the top of the other box4 attracting both Arsenal cb’s, they are wide as well in their zones with plenty of spaces to exploit Arsenal had some poor decisions plus touches and sometimes they couldn’t find the net although everything was fine otherwise with better touches they could have raised their chances on scoring on turn overs. Problems of this axiale shape pressing ? If Xhaka and Odegaard dosent cover on the pivots once the ball reach the fbs they can play long wide and harm, if there is no intensity on the pivots in all areas they can harm as well, sometimes Arsenal offered 3v1 centrally but without intensity, if Saka is forgetting his fb same thing for Martinelli or Trossard big problem as they can break Arsenal’s traps giving a bigger distance for Odegaard and Xhaka to cover without talking about the spaces at the back… If there is no pressing on the GK on the back pass from the striker or whoever is in the head of the triangle (Xhaka, Odegaard and Gabriel Jesus) you unblance the shape as he can go long and harm as well Knowing that Mac Allister and Ferguson drop at the same time sometimes both defenders follow naively letting fbs without extra cover, there must be always a cb between 2 except if ball is central but wingers must be aware of that as well and prepare for cover when needed to have an extra player covering Conclusion: it’s very inspiring when well excuted players covering must be always between two players as they bring both pivots to support the ball holder in their own third and mid third but when you get everything right when you spot the right man you can you be 2v1 and 3v2 and sometimes 3v1 For me I won’t play the same I am concerned with and extra cover at the back but it’s very inspiring and it showed us the way on how to stop De Zerbi #tactics #DeZerbi #Brighton

FUN FACTS: 5 Differences between American Football and Rugby Rugby has a field of 15 players who stay on the pitch for the entire game, whereas, in American football, there are only 11 players on the pitch at any one time. The Quarterback is the most prominent player in American football, as he makes all the tactical decisions on the field. In American football, you are likelier to see short, fast and tactical plays led by the Quarterback. The best way of scoring in both games is via a touchdown in football which is worth 6 points, or a try in rugby, worth 5 points. American football is split into four quarters of 15 minutes, and Rugby consists of two 40-minute halves.

LESSONS FROM FOOTBALL #LearningFromFailure If there’s one thing that every footballer can attest to, not every day is a winning day. There are always bad days, even in the most successful teams. You can pick from it, that failure will come knocking someday. You will have to take it in stride and learn how to avoid the pitfalls in the future.
