As the lead electrician he performed over 150 electrical repairs on three LCAC including the repair of five liquid metering fuel valves, a fire detection safety switch, and the removal and replacement of the starboard propeller cabling of LCAC 59. Additionally, he led over 100 hours of enlisted warfare and in-rate training resulting in 100% ESWS qualification for ACU-5 personnel and a 30% advancement rate from the March Advancement 2016 examination. Petty Officer Pazdur's initiative, perseverance, and loyal devotion to duty reflected credit upon himself and were in keeping with the highest traditions of the United States Naval Service.
