INC - increase; 
DEC - decrease;

Rnd (rnds) - round (rounds); 
FO - fasten off. 

Work in a continuous spiral, do not join rounds or turn, unless instructed otherwise in the pattern.

6. Black floss for mouth embroidery;
7. Long needle;
8. Pink color (or lipstick) for cheeks;
9. Plastic eyes.
