Yes items can be returned. Please note that restocking fees are 10% or $5/item, whichever is greater, of the original purchase price will be charged on all return items. All sales are final on discounted items and thus are ineligible for returns.

MansaWear is totally committed to our clients´ satisfaction however, we are unable to accept returns on clothing uniquely made to your measurements. But, we are responsible for alteration costs up to 14 days after receipt of your custom-made item.

Outfits in stock and accessories can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date of delivery as recorded by the shipper. The merchandise must be saleable: unworn, unaltered and not stained. Please note that you are responsible for the return postage. Your 100% refund will be given in the original form of payment or store credit. MansaWear store credits are valid for one year. Please note that you are responsible for the return postage.

Because your tailor-made outfit was finished without a fitting, MansaWear is responsible for alteration costs up to 14 days after receipt of your custom-made item. In order to alter your outfit effectively, our seamstress/tailors should see you wearing the garment in order to identify the problem. Alterations are done on-site or virtually and they usually take about 2-3 days to complete.
