    the one i received was the gray/black one with red blades. this item is great. it is very stable and the wheels ARE non skid even when sitting in water it will hold still while you tug and rip. the assembly took a little while, and i had to request instructions from the seller since they did not come in the box. once i got the instructions i realized i could just google the part number and i found a pdf online. the only confusing part were the springs. there are 8 long thin springs and 8 short stubby springs. the long springs attached to the blades are there for you to run the paper threw so it holds the paper in place for your next pull and rip. while the 4 other long springs attach to the paper side to hold your paper "over" instead of falling under. you'll understand once you follow the instructions and assemble it. the thin long springs are there to hold the paper where YOU NEED IT. the short stubby springs go on either side of the paper to buffer the tugging and pulling so the paper does not bind. this item is stable and great quality, works very well and is everything that the more expensive ones are. also, TCP global is a great company. they have friendly informative staff and quick responses to their emails and phone calls. they also have great prices.

    I am a Hobbyist; I had added and removed this masking tree from my cart probably 20 times because I was leery from some of the reviews.
    Mine came with all it's hardware was pretty simple to put together with the included instructions used it over the weekend and kicking myself for not getting it sooner!! If your a hobbyist this masking tree is a great value well worth the money.
    I have recommended to friends and would purchase again.

    It gets the job done, but I'm sure there are better multiple paper dispensers out there. It feels very unstable and I feel like I cannot tear the paper with any sort of force without tipping the whole tree over. It has actually tip over a couple times and I am not rough with my tools.
    If you only mess with 1 size paper, I would go with the masking machine "cart". It is more stable, can put masking tape on either or both sides of the paper, and gives storage shelf for tape, razor blades, and what not.

    Got it assembled. Bought paper. Haven't used it yet, but it should work just fine. Seems well made and easy to use. Until proven otherwise, I'd buy it again.

    The disappointment began when the box was opened. No instructions were included. Searched the Internet and found the manufactures sited and down loaded the instructions. The instructions are poorly written and you still will struggle to assemble. Start assembling and the paint job is poor, paint runs, and paint thin in areas. Start bolting the parts together and the bolt holes don't align unless you assemble the base upside down. Had to re-drill the parts in order to assemble them properly. When bolting the paper arms on noticed that half of them are crooked or bent. Throughout the process found washers and bolts missing. Now that this poorly painted, miss manufactured, bent, missing parts is assembled we go to mount a role of 20" paper on it. Guess what it' won't work. Back to the web site to see if we can find more information on the assembly since the instructions were poor. We down loaded the specification sheet for this model. Another great surprise it states that the unit only handles 18" paper not the 16"-22" paper as advertised. I wish I would have read the other reviews before purchasing. Avoid this product.
