La Calchona is our wild white wine made with Viognier grapes aged in a French oak barrels. It pours a pale golden hue with bright notes of pear, sandalwood, a touch of oak and a bright kiwi like acidity. We sourced the grapes from Chile and processed them right here on the farm.
