Very confusing app. 2 days later and you still don't have my order. Started as express and want change to domicilio. Called foie help and was told to click the location button! I changed the option and added many more items. Went to check out pushed to check my debit card for sufficient money. Then thought I processed order for today in the afternoon. You don't have my order. I give up. I can't drive as I have a new hip. Very frustrating. Thanks for your help. Lynn Cannella

I have been using this app every 2 weeks for 2 years to have groceries delivered with zero problems. Now, for two days, I cannot complete my order. Before hitting the PAY button you must enter the date and time that you want your groceries delivered. This section is not working and therefore the items remain in my cart and I cannot move further to the final step to PAY. I have tried calling Customer Service; however, they have no employees that speak English.

One of the worst apps / websites / business ever. Each time you try to use it there's a new error making it unusable, and when you finally get to order, half the items in your cart are canceled after you've already paid. Why not just say a product is unavailable at the time of purchase instead of after?
