Dear Dr. Roger Friedman

I want to send you this email that just let you know I am a very unhappy patient. I don't know what is other way to descript myself since the beginning after the procedure unfortunately.
As a plastic surgeon you are you should know clearly what a patient needs and/or wants and what and how you can do to have at least an acceptable result at the end of the surgery even I was willing to come back to have you to correct the problems but nothing changes. I have never seen that ugly look on my body in my adulthood. If you will look at my file and pictures before and after, you can tell more.
When I first came for a consultation, you told me how nice it would be and also told me if I wouldn't like the result you would help me to do till I would be happy. You gained my trust and now all that became disappointed and I have to live with it for the rest my life. You understand how important it is to females in general, BEAUTY is everything and I am one of them.
Second, you told me nothing you could do more to help me to the way we were first discussed it, just let me go in a way you don't care. Not only you lost my trust but also irresponsible plastic surgeon.
I wasted my time, cost, and the trust I have in you. I have to see my body every day like this. Do you think OK?

I had to have reconstructive surgery, due to my skin cancer removal. Dr. Friedman and his staff were wonderful throughout the entire process. Anytime I had a question outside of the office, Dr Friedman was quick to respond. I highly recommend him for anything and will only be going to him in the future.

I happened upon Dr. Friedman when I was asking friends for recommendations regarding breast augmentation. Several of my friends had various procedures done by Dr. Friedman and raved about their results (over 10 years after their surgery) and his level of professionalism and expertise.

I was excited but very nervous about the breast augmentation procedure, and the moment I (along with my mom) met with Dr. Friedman- we both felt very at ease, and all of our questions were answered. He listened carefully to my vision and provided guidance, and input based on my body type to ensure the best result for me. The process was extremely smooth from initial consult, to appointments before and after surgery. He was ALWAYS available to answer any and all questions, even on a Saturday night, giving his home phone number and calling to check-in post surgery.

His patient coordinator and office staff were extremely responsive as well, and also happy to answer questions.

It has been about 4 months since my breast augmentation- and I could not be happier with my results!!!! Dr. Friedman let me know what to expect, and he was exactly right. I feel very natural with my breasts, clothes fit me perfectly, and I feel great!!!! Money VERY well spent. I can not recommend Dr. Friedman enough. He goes above and beyond to make you, the patient, and family/loved ones feel at ease, confident, and taken care of. He is extremely, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He truly goes the extra mile to ensure the best results for patients. If you are thinking of tuning up your body- he is the doctor to see!!!!

Great experience. Presented for a facelift and Dr Friedman offered his artistic advice which resulted in a wonderful result that exceeded my expectation. He knew
how to enhance my appearance with a very natural approach. Thrilled with the enhancements he recommended. The surgery and recovery went very smooth, minimal discomfort and able to return to work in a week. No complications and a grateful patient that thanks him everyday for being so outstanding.

I'm writing this review 10 years after a rhinoplasty, but figured it could help someone else. I kno Dr Friedman is a great surgeon, and I know people who have had great breast augmentations but I just don't think he should be your top choice for rhinoplasty. I had it done and was unhappy with what I saw when the bandages came off, but he said swelling takes a year to subside and to wait and see. I waited 10 months until I called back because I literally felt my nose looked exactly the same. I had a second rhinoplasty done (you still have to cover the anesthesiologist's costs for a revision so it was about $1500-$2000 back then) and same thing. I had a dent in the tip of my nose where I think he removed cartilage (something like that) which is VERY obvious when I move my mouth, and now years later, continues to get more apparent. My nose had a slight hook before and while it was slightly improved with this surgery, it has drooped a lot again. My nose also still has a bump on one side, so all my glasses fit crookedly. I was okay with how my right profile appeared after the surgery (left still had a bump which was the whole reason I got a rhinoplasty), but now years later, I'm so disappointed with how much it has drooped.

I understand I should've reached out soon after the second one, but I was like 24 and too shy to admit I was unhappy yet again. The recovery was also horrendous so I didn't think I could do it again.

In all fairness, he admits he is all about "subtlety" but I really just wanted a more sloped, less droopy nose, and I did not receive that. It's unfortunate because it's not something I can afford again, though I may look into the non surgical rhinoplasty in the future. Bottom line, if you're getting rhinoplasty, I'd probably check out other places.

My sister and I had a procedure done by Dr. Roger Freidman and we could not be happier!

It has been 3 years since he worked on us and every single time I look at myself in the mirror or a picture of myself I think to myself *Best money spent*.

Sometimes I call my sister and say those three words ONLY and she says *I say it every day* then we hand up... she knows, I know, our men know... BEST SH*T EVER!

From the John Hopkins anesthesiologists, to the nurses, the receptionists and his bedside manner... all aspects of the experience were impeccable. I also liked his confidence. My sister and I spoke with 4 Dr.s and the way he made things seem like it was going to be *just fine* put us at ease. Even the day of, he said *Are you nervous? It is okay because in a moment you will be asleep only to wake up with what you want.*

He was 100% correct.

I also liked the fact he does his surgeries in his building. No extra cost to rent a space at a hospital, everything is clean...

I am very very happy

This surgeon is still proceeding with elective cosmetic surgery against national guidelines during a pandemic. He should stop operating and do his part to donate his surgical masks, gloves, and supplies to a local hospital.

Dr. Friedman (the magician) has completed a few procedures for me over the past 8-years. All results were amazing. Most recently he completed a facelift. Two weeks following the procedure, no one could tell that I had anything done. I've recommended him to a number of friends. Just within the last couple of weeks, one of my friends had some nose/chin work done and he did an outstanding job and she is completely happy with the outcome. I highly recommend him. MunaS.......

Roger is a remarkable plastic surgeon, I have had several procedures (I call them "touch ups") and he leaves me looking a whole lot better than before I showed up in his office!
"Refreshed, rested, like I have been on vacation" are a few of the superlatives we hear when Roger has done his "touch ups" on me and my friends. The office is professional, friendly, helped worked within my budged, and a pleasure to work with.
Need a little work done? At least go in for a consult. Roger will show "before and after" photos to help make up your mind. Jowls look good on dogs, they never looked very good on me. Roger took care of them.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Friedman and staff. His expertise, kindness , compassion and skill as a surgeon is unmatched. After a significant weight loss I decided on a tummy tuck to get rid of my excess skin despite all the exercise I did. The results are amazing I feel like a new person and have a much easier time exercising and reaching my fitness goals. Dr. Friedman gave me back the self confidence I had lost for so many years.
