I am pretty sure that we were Barbie's worst nightmare client. SUPER short close, over 4th of July, and crazy travel schedules... but not only wasn't that a problem for Barbie but she made it absolutely the easiest possible process! She was super creative in her approach to help us carry two loans AND pay down the loan on the new home once our sold, in the event that our home didn't sell (which it did thanks to Erin Casey - see my review on her on Yelp). AND SHE absolutely represented and had our best interest with lenders, escrow and everyone involved in the process. Not only did we get a fantastic rate, but we got someone we trusted throughout the process. I will recommend Barbie to everyone I know!

Barbie Moreno and her team were amazing, and without them, I probably would not own our home right now. I found Alpine Mortgage Planning and Barbie returned my phone call in 10 min. She explained different options and requirements very clearly and honestly. She and her team found a lender that would work for me and guided us through the process. She did everything on a expedited basis, with the same sense of urgency we ourselves felt, applying pressure at key points when the lender was taking too long and we needed to close. And here we are today with our new house.
