Always great to dine in, it's seldom good for take out, and it's pricey.
We love to get food to go from here but if it's even a little bit busy, the takeout will be bad.
But eat in and it will be good food.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Aug 17, 2023
I went here this past Tuesday for lunch. I had the beef fajitas and sangria (shhhhh...don't tell my boss!). My meal and drink were delicious! The meat was tender, the veggies were cooked perfectly, and the chips and salsa for the table were addictive. My sangria got me right for a long afternoon.
I knocked one star for the amount of meat I got and for the waitress. I had more onions than meat, and the waitress was truly on island time when we live in Dallas. The restaurant itself was very cute .Helpful 2Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

This used to be a great never fail location. Times have changed and we never go here anymore. Extra small servings and double the price. Many other Mexican restaurants that are far superior.

Get the table side guacamole! Very fresh! Highly recommend.
This place is a staple, you can almost depend on them for good steady Tex Mex. The ambiance is great for families and the service is wonderful.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

Bad service and subpar food. The staff here seem uninterested in listening to customers. I specifically stated to the waiter that I can't eat meat due to it being lent and the waiter recommended the spinach enchiladas. For some reason he gave me spinach enchiladas topped with chile con carne (beef) sauce and I only realized this after eating it. Really? How do you recommend a beef sauce dish to someone abstaining from eating meat? This waiter clearly wasn't the sharpest. Sad to say that this is another badly run mediocre Tex mex joint in the sea of mediocre crap in the Irving area.

This was the first time eating here and I ordered the beef fajitas the price mind you was $20 I literally got 8 pieces of sliced non seasoned meat very very disappointed compared to lupes tortillas this place has nothing in their fajitas. My husband had the shrimp brochette n my friend had the tropical salad n theirs was delicious but please don't order the beef fajitas I will not be back here I will continue to go to Lupes tortillas for great food n drinks!! Not impressed here I won't
be back!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Melissa R.Grapevine, TX133757Sep 2, 2023
Came in for lunch and nice ambiance, it was lunch time so we had the lunch menu. We ordered queso which was just ok. Also ordered the nachos which were ok after asking to add onions and for a side of jalapeños because the server told us they did not come with them. When they came out they did have jalapeños so I guess bonus jalapeños for us which worked out later for our soups. I had the tortilla soup and my dad had the caldo. He seemed happy with his. Mine was ok. Salsa was good cause it's tomato based. I'll go back and give dinner a try. Oh ps maybe would've given a higher review but our waitress wasn't the nicest, she actually seemed a little annoyed when we asked questions and never checked back in with us.
