Ace Taxi

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
I left my phone in the taxi and he wouldn't bring it back to me !
Stopped answering our calls and we had to involve local police! Next morning we got the run around but thankfully finally someone showed up with it!
Oh he was supposed to give us a ride after concert so no phone AND no ride!!!

I have taken ace taxi since 1991 here in St Augustine,way before Uber and Lyft and the sunshine bus existed. They are a great company with nice and friendly drivers. Better then Lyft and Uber to me!

Had me waiting in the rain for 5 hours. Every time I called back they said I would be next in line. Finally told them that I needed to get where I was going before they closed and the dispatcher mouthed off to me and hung up

Some rude guy answered the phone and said "I'd never get a cab asking for one that way" All I said was "Hay, do you have anything available downtown?" It's known many can driver's here in this company and other's are on crack.

This morning Ace Taxi #35 passed my car on a double yellow lined street. It was on Oglethorpe in the North Davis Shores neighborhood and he drove at an unsafe speed. It was a dangerous and illegal maneuver.

Driver of #3 seen smoking in her cab that advertises as a non smoking cab with stickers on the cab saying no smoking. When she was publicly called out on it, she announced that she smokes in the cab every day, multiple times a day, she allowed customers to smoke in the cab and then she bragged that they throw the cig butts out the windows. JoAnn Lsisten is the driver...She is very unprofessional, rude and she thinks what she is doing is funny.

This is the worst cab company ever. The owners are very rude and obnoxious talk to people like carp. I've rode in cabs where they were so drunk while driving they ran off the road and up into someone's yard. I have reported them to Tallahassee....

I have taken this cab company sometimes 6 days a week and cancelled at last minute cause the dumbass operator never told me it was gonna be a hour wait to get a ride, she then flew off the handle and said " Where is your ride today? They took u home yesterday" That place sucks and sucks some more

I wish I could this company a zero star review. Horrible. Do not ever use this taxi service you will be late for your appointment etc. Whether you reserve the ride hours in advance and call ahead to re confirm your pickup they will fail you.

The worst cab company EVER!
I used to have to depend on them to get me to and from work. ... About $125 per week worth! Cabs are in horrible, unsafe conditions, filthy and many times smelled like urine!
One time the reverse was out on the cab they sent me, and i had to PUSH THE CAB so they could turn around! ...While the lazy, fat assed male driver stayed in the car! Im a 59 year old grandmother!
If you call during day shift, the cab will be at least an hour until they fetch you, sometimes even more!
I have ridden with drunk drivers multiple times.
The clincher was today though when i needed to go cash my stimulus check and go to the health department and back home. Which should have been a $12.50 fare to the bank, a $12.50 fare to the health department, and a $10 ride home. Should have cost $35. They charged me almost $70! ... Because THEY KNEW i was cashing my stimulus check! They are rip offs, unsafe, nasty and certainly unprofessional!
The driver was Jeremy and the dispatcher was Angie.
