DUEVA E. MODERN ISSUES OF DECENTRALIZATION IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND.
The article is concerned with modern issues of administrative decentralization in Great Britain, which have been arisen under the constitution reform, carried out by the UK Government since 1998. The author analyzes the main changes in the legislation of Great Britain, which significantly expands the powers of the regions of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
