La definición principal es la primera "poner dificultad u obstáculo a la ejecución de algo".
Realmente yo jamás uso la definición de "molestar o incomodar", no conozco a nadie que la use "estorbar" en este sentido, por eso para mí también es muy raro ver que alguien la use así...
Recomiendo que uses la palabra "estorbar" con la primera definición.

@Diaosi la RAE es un almacén de todos los significados que tenía la palabra, a veces no es claro si una palabra se usa así o no.

@chekist Es verdad, es la primera vez en mi vida que veo que alguien usa la palabra "estorbar" como sinónimo de"molestar", incluso iba a decirle a @Casuarius que está equivocado, pero antes investigué en el diccionario.
Por eso te recomiendo que sólo uses la primera definición de la palabra :)

@chekist Sí, se refiere a que la camiseta no te permite moverte con comodidad o directamente interfiere con lo que vas a hacer.

@chekist En general el uso de las palabras no va ligado a algo "correcto", debemos recordar que en términos de comunicación todo depende principalmente de la zona del hablante y del contexto de la conversación; en este caso el ejemplo muestra una de las formas en las que se puede utilizar, más no la única.
