Pertrubar doesn't exist. I think you meant perturbar.
Perturbar means 1) to alter the order of something (방해하다) or 2) to upset someone.
Ex.
1) perturbar la calma.
2) el ruido perturbó al profesor.
Turbar means to 1) alter or interrupt the natural cause of something or 2) to muddy (liquids), 3) to complicate something or 4) to confuse (turbar la mente).
Ex.
1) la pandemia turbó (also: perturbó) mi vida.
2) el agua del río se enturbió/ turbió por las lluvias. (turbar = enturbiar)
3, 4) su mente se turbó y no pudo hablar.
As you can see, sometimes these two verbs can be used interchangeably.
