How many different Bonax shell variants is there?
Look at the O´s positision on these two.
Different size on the trade mark. The other side is identical on these two.

The BONAX was made for quite a time over when the British companies were changing names and amalgamating.
I attach pics of just a few of the box variations.

I had a quick count and including different bore sizes I got to 23 in the collection and I doubt that is all that there is.

No, I would say that is too fine a difference (for me) “but” I would not say it was not a variant of a Bonax cartridge.
I am basically counting mine as different bore sizes, different head stamps, colours, different print styles and sizes.
So there are plenty to go at.

A couple of the nice head stamped Bonax cartridges that were made in the very short period of time that the company become the Explosive Trades Limited “E.T.L.”

I forgot to mention that these particular cartridges had plain cases (no tube wall printing)
