About

Mansour Al-Ajmi is the CEO of Majorel Saudi Arabia, the founder of two regional firms, a board-level advisor, and a strategic investor in future-facing businesses, with two decades of experience in leading, managing, and investing in businesses across a range of sectors from customer experience to information technology, telecommunications, outsourcing, automation, and more. He is well-recognized for his investment foresight, entrepreneurial skills, and business management acumen, which span across the development of comprehensive business strategies, improving financial and operational efficiencies, mitigating risks, ensuring strong governance and effective management, as well as accelerating entrepreneurship ecosystems. As the CEO of Majorel Saudi Arabia, he has led the business with a strong focus on designing, building, and delivering end-to-end customer experience. Alongside regional partners, he has been actively involved in key mergers, as well as in the development of the multinational firm, helping expand its global footprint across 44 countries on five continents. In 2014, he founded Pioneers Outsourcing, which was well-recognized as a provider of outsourcing, in-sourcing, and co-sourcing call center services. In 2017, an African investment firm acquired 70% of Pioneers Outsourcing to turn it into Majorel Saudi Arabia. Mansour has also founded Beacons Systems Company for Communications and Information Technology (BSC-IT), which specializes in information technology and is engaged in the implementation of projects across various sectors. He also holds shares and investments in a number of other high-potential business enterprises. His overall career includes an interesting transition from being a pure technology expert as a Systems Analyst at Saudi Telecom Company (STC), to delving into business solutions and the commercial aspects of a business, including operational efficiencies, deploying outlets, overseeing customer care, optimizing payment methods with clients, as well as developing and acquiring solutions at Zain KSA and Mobily. Over a 12-year period, he worked his way up from being a Senior Business Analyst at Mobily to becoming the Vice President of its Customer Experience Enablement. At Zain KSA, he moved from being the Sales Support Manager to the Director of its Business Sales division. Mansour has mentored people into leadership positions and has aided in the development of many CIOs and other C-suite executives. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from King Saud University.
