Alkaline - Mashed Garbanzo beans and Mushroom Gravy dinner entree (husband plate)😲

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Cooked garbanzo beans (chick peas)
  2. 1/2 cup mushrooms (no shataki mushrooms)
  3. Sea salt, cayenne, grape seed oil, onion powder, sage. (Season to taste)

Cooking Instructions

    Blend chickpeas with 1/4 cup of water and teaspoon of salt

  2. 2

    Sauté onions and peppers in lightly coated pan and add 1/4 cup of spelt flour. Stir until brown and pasty. Add more spelt flour if needed until it is a pasty brown substance.

    Add 1/4 cupof spring water and stir to mix over medium heat. Continue to stir and add water until it meets the preferred gravy consistency.

    Add mushrooms and seasonings to sauté and cook. ( Entree - kale greens, vegetable salad with sliced avocados, mashed garbanzo beans with mushroom gravy and chapati flat bread made out of spelt flour. Tasty!
