This 2008 Lamborghini Murciélago LP640 roadster is powered by a 6.5-liter V12 that drives all four wheels through a six-speed E-gear automated transmission, and it is finished in Nero Aldebaran over Nero Perseus leather. Equipment includes a limited-slip rear differential, a black removable soft top, 18″ Hermera alloy wheels, carbon-ceramic brakes, a front-axle lift system, Reid Performance cat-less primary exhaust pipes, a speed-activated rear spoiler, xenon headlights, a rearview camera, automatic climate control, and an aftermarket Kenwood touchscreen stereo. The car was first registered in California and spent time in several states and Canada before being acquired by the seller in 2022. This Murcielago LP640 roadster has 15k miles and is now offered in Nevada with manufacturer’s literature, spare parts, a rear glass wind deflector, a car cover, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Montana title in the seller’s name.

The Murciélago was designed by Luc Donckerwolke and was publicly unveiled in 2001 at the Frankfurt Motor Show as the replacement for the Diablo. This example is finished in Nero Aldebaran and features a black removable soft top, a speed-activated rear spoiler, a pantograph windshield wiper, xenon headlights, scissor doors, rear fog lights, a rearview camera, a trapezoidal exhaust outlet, and automatically deploying rear intakes to aid in cooling. The lift struts for the doors and hood were reportedly replaced in 2022 and the seller states that clear protection film has been applied to the front fascia, rocker panels, windshield, and portions of the rear bumper cover. Scratches on the underside of the front bumper cover and upper windshield frame are shown in the image gallery below along with paint chips on the forward-facing surfaces.

Black 18″ Hemera alloy wheels are wrapped in Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires that were reportedly mounted in November 2022. The car is equipped with active dampers and a front-axle lift system. Stopping power is provided by yellow-painted Lamborghini-branded calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated ceramic-composite rotors.

The manually adjustable seats are trimmed in Nero Perseus leather and feature Q-Citura quilted inserts and yellow contrast stitching. Additional appointments include automatic climate control, carbon-fiber trim, and an aftermarket Kenwood touchscreen stereo. Flaws include a worn driver seat bolster, a reverse button with a peeling finish, and missing wind deflector screw covers. The remote keyless door lock/unlock function does not work according to the seller. A replacement driver’s door lock switch was installed in 2023.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel features carbon-fiber paddler shifters and frames a 220-mph speedometer, a 9k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and oil temperature. The digital odometer indicates 15k miles, approximately 800 of which were added by the seller.

The mid-mounted 6.5-liter V12 was factory rated at 631 horsepower and 487 lb-ft of torque. Reid Performance primary pipes have been installed in place of the catalytic converters. Work performed since 2022 is said to have included adjusting the throttle and replacing the battery and hood struts.

Power is sent to all four wheels through a six-speed E-gear automated transmission and a limited-slip rear differential. The clutch was reportedly replaced in 2022 and a clutch wear reading of 1.42 mm was recorded during an E-gear snap test in March 2023, per a service record that can be viewed in the gallery.

Manufacturer’s literature is included in the sale along with a tool kit, the removed catalytic converters, a rear glass wind deflector, two keys, and other spare parts as depicted in the gallery.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in California, Nevada, Arizona, Florida, Texas, New York, British Columbia, Illinois, Tennessee, and Montana.
