Alcione rose to fame as an artist who has won 19 gold records and two platinum records under her belt. She has also embarked on extensive tours in countries like Puerto Rico, Iran, Japan, United States, Mexico, Switzerland, etc. Some of her most famous hit singles are Nao Deixe o Samba Morrer, Gostoso Veneno, Sufoco, Garoto Maroto, Rio Antigo, and Nem Morta.
