The EE99-UPDATE.ISO file included contains Update.bat and Update_x64.bat which copies a bunch of files into your Encarta installation folder. You then must go to Features -> Yearbook -> Downloads -> Troubleshoot -> Integrate. You will see all of the months from July 1998 to December 1999 now have a checkbox next to them indicating you are fully up to date. I forgot to say that I had to test it with the DVD version of this same product or just Encarta Encyclopedia 99 on the Windows 95 virtual machine before uploading it here.
