I rememerber DrD, said that the owner on some machine let him change disk of the game.
Like on this video :

Machine is Max but he is playing on 5th.

I guess the owner of the 2 extreme that i know could let us doing that, so this bring two question :

- Where can i find this ?
- Is there some restriction on the choosen mix ? I know that extreme can't use mix from SN and after.
But, i think i can't run a 1st mix too. The only cd's that could be use on extreme is : 5th/6th/7th/euromix(1 and2) ?

I hope you can help me with that :)
I would love to play on older mix, there is so much kick ass songs :D

There's a private torrent tracker site on the Web that has disk images from all kinds of stuff, including old DanceDance Revolution mixes. I'm sure someone will tell you where it is.

You need to have an ORIGINAL 3rdMIX/3rdMIX+, 4thMIX/4thMIX+, 5thMIX, MAX, MAX 2, EXTREME or EuroMIX 2 (not 1st or 2ndMIX, nor Fusion, SuperNOVA, SuperNOVA 2 or DanceDance Revolution X). Not a bootleg, in general - the way to check is to open up the System 573 motherboard and see if it has an original Konami Boot ROM (it's the only socketed ROM in the board), or some weird bootleg circuit board with an EPROM.

Sadly, 99% of DDR EXTREME cabinets in Europe, Asia (except Japan) and North America are bootlegs. You'd need to locate a Konami Boot ROM before you can do anything with it.

Assuming this is the case, you can update these to bootleg versions of:
DanceDance Revolution 3rdMIX (ver.JAPAN)
DanceDance Revolution 3rdMIX (ver.KOREA 2)
DanceDance Revolution 4thMIX PLUS
DanceDance Revolution 5thMIX
DDRMAX ~DanceDance Revolution 6thMIX~
DDRMAX 2 ~DanceDance Revolution 7thMIX~
DanceDance Revolution EXTREME
Dancing Stage EuroMIX
Dancing Stage EuroMIX 2
DanceDance Revolution Solo 2000

At this point, what else it possible to bootleg?

I think we've reached the max in terms of usable games.

I just love playing 5th, 4th+, and 7th.
