Blood Bowl 2 Coming to PC, PS4, and Xbox One
"Fantasy football" has a new meaning.
Blood Bowl is a fantasy football game that pits creatures from an alternate Warhammer setting against each other, in an even more violent version of the American sport.
Today, developer Cyanide and publisher Focus Home Interactive released a "kickoff" trailer for Blood Bowl 2, a sequel to the 2009 original. Blood Bowl 2 comes to PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in spring 2015.
The sequel boasts a new graphics engine and extra features, the latter of which have yet to be revealed. Focus Home Interactive promises to unveil more screenshots and gameplay videos in the months leading up to launch, but claims that Blood Bowl 2 will be "even more ambitious" than the first. Gameplay footage of Blood Bowl 2 was first revealed earlier this year.
The original Blood Bowl debuted on mobile in August.
