David Walliams and ex-wife Lara Stone are still embroiled in a bitter legal battle

David Walliams and Lara Stone may have announced their separation last year, but it has now been revealed that the two are still embroiled in a bitter legal battle over their assets.

The pair were married for five years before they got divorced 14 months ago and have three-year-old son Alfred together.

Still, they’re unable to come to a financial agreement and are said to be fighting over their money.

Now, High Court judge Mr. Justice MacDonald is analysing each celeb’s argument in a private hearing, allowing the media to name the former couple – who both attended court yesterday – but banning any details of matters discussed in the hearing being made public.

The pair are thought to be worth almost £19million in total.

David was the one who requested to end his marriage to Lara last September, citing his wife’s “unreasonable behaviour” for the split, he was granted a decree nisi the next day and the marriage was made void six weeks later.

Lara has since been linked to 19-year-old Jordan Barrett and David has also reportedly moved on to Playboy model, Emily Agnes.
