Pittsburgh-based company Duolingo is hoping to strike a chord with customers. The language-learning app is introducing a music course. It teaches music literacy, including reading notes and playing familiar songs. Right now, all lessons are based on a piano keyboard and are available in English and Spanish. The company says music lessons will count towards Duolingo streaks. The first roll-out of the app will be on iOS devices.
