The undisputed face of the Malthridge, Alicar is a key figure not only in the city, but the barony as a whole. His family had risen up from humble beginnings to become ruler of the region, second only in power and influence to the duchess.
Known as a fair and equitable ruler, Alicar has seen his people through great hardships and guided them into newfound prosperity. The city has grown under him, and he has overseen its continued expansion.
He and his wife Nina Malthridge dwell in the baronial estate, along with their six children. All are well respected within the city's walls and neither has given much cause for complaint.
As a man he is just past the prime of his youth, and his once strong body has begun to show signs of age. His short dark hair has begun to thin, and his eyes and body show the wear such a life of responsibility takes on a person. Despite the pains of middle age he is in excellent health. His intellect remains as keen as ever and his charms continue to win over friends and allies.
