The multi-million dollar properties, drama, and commission checks are about to get bigger and better when Selling the OC returns this week. On September 8, a new season premieres on Netflix, and based on the the trailer, everyone's favorite real estate agents (sorry, Selling Sunset ladies) are back—but there's also a new girl in town who's here to shake things up.

Alexandra "Ali" Harper is joining the O Group crew, which yes, means there are now four Alexandras to keep track of. So far, Ali, 30, has been described as "pretty, charismatic, but overrated" in the season 2 trailer. And, also "Jarvis 2.0." Well, only time will tell on that descriptor.

And, just before the premiere, Ali talked to Women's Health about her experience at the O Group so far. To put it simply, this has been one of the most "daunting" jobs she's ever had. "Going into the real estate market in a place like OC is by far the most difficult [job] so far," she tells WH.

If you are anxiously awaiting more details on the cast member who will also apparently be "ruffling a few feathers" this season, according to Polly, Women's Health has you covered. Below, see everything to know about Ali Harper—from her Southern roots to her "very serious relationship."

Wait, who is Ali Harper?

Okay, let's rewind for a sec. Ali is slated to join the Oppenheim Group on Selling the OC this season, but it doesn't seem she'll be a full time agent quite yet. "I'm still navigating," she tells WH ahead of the season 2 premiere. "I'm exploring getting my real estate license and you'll kind of see that unfold in season three." So, if this were a housewives episode, we'd be calling her a "friend of" the full-time cast.

As of right now, she isn't on the real estate group's website, but that might just be to keep from spoiling anything in an upcoming season (ICYMI, the show is slated for another season already). Based on the trailer, she'll certainly make a splash at the O Group—no matter her role.

Where is Ali from?

The newest O Group agent was born and raised in Tennessee's Williamson County just outside of Nashville, according to the Tennessean. Ali is currently splitting her time between Nashville and Orange County, she tells WH.

The show and her boyfriend's job have kept her traveling back and forth, but it doesn't look like she'll be relocating to the OC. "I have a very serious relationship in Nashville," she tells WH. "My family is there."

Who is her boyfriend?

Ali's "serious relationship" is her boyfriend, Lucas England. The couple have been together for about two years, according to Instagram, and he's actually part of the reason Ali got interested in real estate.

"The whole purpose of me exploring this new life and new career [in Orange County] was that my boyfriend always travels," she says. "We were looking [for] an outlet to split our time 50/50" between Nashville and Orange County.

Lucas is currently a vice president at a global supply chain company, according to his LinkedIn page. They met after being neighbors for several years, according to Instagram. Aww.

What is Ali Harper's net worth?

It's not totally clear what Ali's net worth is at the moment, but some sources estimate it could be around $1 million. She tells WH that she's worked in tech sales, as a delivery driver, and even competed in pageants—but more on that in a second. It's likely she's saved up quite a bit of dough. I'm sure once she makes her first big sale, her net worth will soar, too.

She's won some big beauty pageants.

Before she started gaining recognition for her role on Selling the OC, Ali was already a name in the pageant world. In 2017, she won Miss Tennessee, according to The Tennessean. Ali also went on to place in the top 10 for the Miss USA competition, according to her LinkedIn page.

And, it runs in the family, too. Ali's mom also reportedly took home the Miss Tennessee crown in 1981, per The Tennessean.

Ali is definitely a foodie.

If you've already done a few Instagram searches, you'll know Ali loves sharing recipes on her grid. It looks like she cooks all kinds of things–from savory pastries to the perfect cocktail garnish.

Personally, I'm hoping Ali's O Group status gets her a cooking show somewhere down the line. She's got some talent!

You can watch the newest season of Selling The OC on Netflix starting September 8, 2023.
