For the money, this is an awesome little window AC.  Delivery was right to my front door.  It fit perfectly in my garage window, easy to install, cools down the 440 sq ft space nicely at 78!  Only issue is the remote does not work - any button turns it off and any button turns it back on to ECO mode - but I'm working with hOmeLabs to get a new one - minor issue - but the unit itself works just great - and it's not loud as some people have said.  Highly recommend for the price, it's a wonderful mid size room AC.

Great Unit for Mid Size Room!

Had a smaller 6000 BTU AC from a different company before but it couldn't keep my 16 x 12 room cool.

Installed this 8000 BTU AC over the weekend and it's awesome. Extremely powerful. Can get the job done even on low. It is a little loud but thats fine with me. It keeps me cool and it's well made at a good price. I'm happy. 5 stars.

Awesome AC

Bought this brand for 2 de-humidifiers under my house. They run 16hrs a day, never had a issue. They are 3 years old.  This brand is way above the standard. I have used the A.C. window unit only a few times so far.  Very well made. If it holds up like the de-humidifier that will be perfect.  Spend the extra money to get a long lasting unit

This is a good size ac for a living room area. If there are walls separating your areas, it doesn't cool the other areas. It beats a swamp cooler any day!

Better than a swamp cooler.

We just installed it. Easy unboxing and pleased with the foam pads and such included. Hopefully, this will cool us off better than our other 5000 btu, and it's about the same size as our old one, so we didn't have to worry about whether it would fit. its quiet and pretty powerful..... we'll see how it holds up. It is 90° out and the house was 80°. in the last 15 mins it has gone down to 76°. yay!

I received the unit damaged with dents  maybe from shipping but I do know no one has responded to my complaint!

Worked fine for about 2 months, then digital control panel went out.  Did not state product was refurbished, but seller sells a lot of refurbished AC units, so probably was.  Didn't even bother to respond to my email, figures!

Was not given refund even when item was still in the unopened box. Was given their number to speak with them directly and an automated message stated they were no longer answering phones for refunds
