Got these for wrapping presents and utility scissors for the house. Nice and durable and no longer searching for a pair of scissors!

Buying scissors online is always dicey. No way to determine how sharp or how well they will cut. For the price point these are really nice. They have a smooth, easy action to cut that doesn't hurt may hands. The cuts are clean, so no jagged edges. I am using them to cut paper and card stock. They also made easy work of the laminated pieces. I would recommend them as a nice pair of household scissors or to a teachers that need a budget friendly option but want something with cute colors.

I took two pairs to work (grocery store deli) and labeled them with a bit of masking tape and a sharpie to make little flappy tags. I have one for opening raw food packaging like raw chicken, and another for only opening cooked food packaging and packets of sauces for cooked wings and meat loaves. In a hurry, I sometimes use the “raw food packaging” pair to cut actual raw chicken tenders. Does a fine job. Occasionally I use the “sauces and cooked food packaging” pair for cutting cardboard. Not as easy as a box cutter, but it is doable without snapping the finger-loops off. Third pair is at home for whatever I need it to do. Home stuff, you know

The scissors I use in the kitchen had lost all ability to cut anything; and I thought for sure my knife sharpener would fix the problem.  Unfortunately it did not.
