I am very happy with my new phone. It is identical to my previous phone. It has all of the features as my last phone. This phone is familiar to me. I am very comfortable with it.

I purchased this phone for someone that's blind that already know how to use it so it was simple and easy for him to use

I was very satisfied with this phone.
It worked well.
I bought a Total Wireless monthly certificate online along with the phone, and everything worked well.
This phone was for my 90 year old mother, who had just gone into a rehabilitation facility where her old phone would not work- she couldn't send or receive calls on her old phone.  Then the COVID-19 quarantine took effect and she was isolated and unable to call with her old phone or have visitors.
I ordered this phone, which uses Total Wireless coverage, which is basically the same as Verizon, which is very reliable.
It worked well- the wireless coverage was great, and the phone was easy for Mama to 
use. The flip-phone design was convenient for Mama to use, and the number keys were pretty large and easy to use.
Mama used the phone very much on the day 
she got it and also the next day. Sadly she passed away that evening, but she was able to have talked with many friends and family members on those 2 days.  I wish that I had gotten the phone sooner.

i bought Monday, its Friday.  instructions okay, not great.  brightness reduces sometimes, not figure out what i doing wrong yet.  is aggravating when outside.  anything less then full bright is difficult to read.  bunch of apps i not want but cannot delete to be skinny.  i am minimalist by nature.  waste not want not.  It meets my needs.  i talk about 20 minutes a month so good for me.  mostly text.  mostly one letter  or phrase texts.  l for leave.  h for here.  i still like phone attached to wall.  no one could bother me when i left house.  we have lost some freedom with these things.  overall i pleased with purchase.  if you not want much this is the phone.  why waste money on phone when can use that money on cruises.

This phone has several issues. First, it is not intuitive to use. I'm fairly phone savvy, but setting this up for my mom required looking up directions for some of the basic things. Next, the volume even on high is not loud enough for a senior to hear. Also the phone feels rather 
flimsy and plastic-y.
