Ready-to-use, granular Over 'n Out! Advanced Fire Ant Killer fights fire ants in two ways. As a broadcast treatment, it kills on contact and protects against new invasions for up to six months. As a mound treatment, it kills the mound in 15 minutes and the queen within 24 hours. Apply during the morning or early evening when it is cool and fire ants are most active. While early spring is the best time to treat, you can apply the product anytime during the year if you notice the presence of fire ants in your yard. The granular product is easy and quick to apply. Optimize control by combining targeted mound treatments for existing, visible mounds with broadcast treatment. For outdoor, residential use only. This works great for taking care of fire ants.

I use it every year. Ants have been horrible this so I put some all around my foundation to keep ants out of my house after having several issues with them. So far, it's kept them out.

I like that I was able to get the products quickly with free shipping after shopping three Wal-Mart stores that are out until next year.  It would be great if I could continue to purchase seasonal products year round without any hassles.

Very HAPPY.

Works within a day or so to kill existing mounds but keeps the fire ants away and many other pests for months. We use it every year and have for at least 10 years because we have animals and this helps keep them safe, not to mention I don't worry when cutting grass either. Recommend this product.

I use this every year %26 without fail, the ants are gone!

Great product

It was a large hill.  I used a half bag on the ant hill.  A few days later, had to use the rest of the bag.  That is over 11 lb. bag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried GardenTech Over 'N Out Fire Ant Killer because we have several fire ant mounds in our front yard. After applying the product, I was hopeful that it had worked because The mounds no longer seemed active. After a day or two all the fire ants had returned making new mounds 6-10 inches away from the original. I tried this product three times on 7 mounds, each time with the same result. This may have been due to the daily thunderstorms we are currently getting, so I am going to try once again when the rainy season has passed, but so far this product hasn't worked as expected.
