The Hyper Tough AQ15003G 6.0 AMP Corded Angle Grinder comes with a powerful ball-bearing motor that provides smooth-running power to tackle the hardest grinding and cutting on metal or masonry. The die cast gear housing is durable for long term wear and tear. This angle grinder has a single, no load speed of 11,500 RPM with a top mounted slide lock switch. The tool accepts standard 4 1/2 diameter cutting or grinding wheels for either metal or masonry. The spindle lock allows for easy wheel change with the included mounting wrench. This product includes a 4-1/2" grinding wheel and wrench.

This takes discs with a 7/8 hole which is pretty standard.  You reverse the upper fastener for thin discs such as metal cutting discs which are thinner than the nice grindstone that comes with the tool.

It has a 5/8 arbor (the threaded shaft coming out of it) but the steel fittings that mount the disc fits 7/8 inch holes.  One side of the mounting fittings is reversible so it accepts thin or thick grinding discs.

I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of this tool. For this price, I expected cheap junk that would basically get me through the job I needed it for and then fall apart. But it is a good strong solid tool that seems to be working quite well and will continue to work well. I would get one of these before people realize what a great deal it is and then the demand forces the price to go up.

Ive had 6 peanut grinders in the past being of "name brand " variety and this one is worth the money . I wont be using this on the jobsite but for tinkering around the house its perfect ! Also it has a 5/8" arbor and takes 7/8" arbor disks so it is extremely versatile. so jappy since I always forget what size arbor to buy !

How could that person say it cost too much ? Is he kidding or what. You get what you pay for and this item for under $ 15.00 is well worth it... 
      I would get a more expensive  model for heavy duty use. This is great for lite stuff , etc...

Can't beat it..

This angle grinder is solid, especially for the price. I feel the quality stands up to some of the high end competitors too. 

I had some pretty thick bolts sticking out 3 inches from a cement pad in my backyard where an old chain linked fence used to be. This thing sliced through it like butter. Doesn't get any easier than that.

I like that it came with a 6ft power cord as well. A lot of these on the market have short cords and you have to go looking for an extension cord. So this was convenient for me. I liked the slide switch with lock function too on this.

The brand Hyper Tough is starting to make a name for itself since it's recent release.  With the price and durability of their items, competitors are scrambling!

used this grinder to repair my fiberglass boat. had bad luck and the first one i bought burned out within an hour. returned it and the new one is still going strong.

it is cheap but not cheaply made. I used this grinder to cut many screws of of a fence I built, also i used the masonry cut off disc to cut excess concrete off of a pole i had set. This grinder is tough i would grind it down with force until i heard the motor start slowing and still it kept going . I have it still and it still works nuff' said.

perfect balance between quality and cost.

for the light stuff its good .... it does vibrate a bit too much but other than that ive had it for about a month used it about 10-15 times for various projects. so far so good...

does the job

I ordered 2 of these so I would have one and give one as Xmas present. Took them home and tried them out ... the first one I tried the power switch would not move. I played with it for awhile with no success so I tried reading the instructions to see if there was a secret safety lock or something. The instructions indicated that the power switch was on the side while the grinder clearly had the switch on the top. I gave up and tried the 2nd grinder. The switch on the 2nd took extreme pressure from both hands to move the switch which then powered the grinder. As soon as you released some pressure from the switch though it instantly shutoff making the grinder completely unusable.

Very poor quality control ... the company didn't even know where the switch was on the tool and obviously didn't check their operation prior to shipping! I returned them.

GARBAGE!!!!!!
