A thousand years have passed since the events of the original Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles. The destruction of Yuke Crystal during the Great War had at once brought the victorious Litlty Tribe prosperity, the defeated Yuke Tribe apparent annihilation, and the world a new age of science and reason. In this new era exists a rare breed of powerful beings called "crystal bearers," whose seemingly magical abilities have led them to be feared and scorned by the public. The young mercenary Layle is one such crystal bearer, who has been hired to escort the new passenger airship Alexis, the pinnacle of Lilty technology and a symbol of their current dominance. However, when the Alexis is suddenly besieged by a horde of monsters, Layle comes face to face with an adversary though to have vanished from the pages fo history, on a quest that many threaten the future of the world.

I lost interest in the Zelda series after the Super Nintendo. After that it just wasn't appealing to me. If you're looking for a fresh RPG with a lot of new things to do this would be the game for you. If you played Final Fantasy before, this will be refreshing and a welcome change to many RPGs, and even a chance to get away from MMORPGs.

Is this game anything like the wii game Zelda?

Too bad it could not come before Christmas, she played it all New Years Day.

Good game for teens

The game is pretty good. If you like Final Fantasy and you like Psychic powers and mini games this game is for you. Putting That aside and getting off topic. Though the game was good I have to say I am dissapointed by how long it took for Walmart to ship it from Store to Store.

Final Fantasy Crystal Bearers I have been playing for only a few days now. I can honestly say that this game is just all out fun. Though the graphics aren't up to par to that of the Wii's competitors, the storyline and all the things you can do with your Wii-mote takes you into the game like no one else can. The storyline snatches your attention by the eyeballs and the way you fight in this game makes one concentrate. Definately a new way to play Final Fantasy if you're a fanatic like I am.

Characters in the game resemble Galka from the Final Fantasy XI series, Lalafell from the upcoming Final Fantasy XIV title, and human which suprisingly looks like that of Final Fantasy X.

The graphics engine gives true motion to the game and the way a lot of scenes and objects are designed just blew me away. It's almost like they don't want to completely part ways with the feel of Nintendo's predicessor's graphics. Namely, the Super Nintendo Entertainment System.

Bahamut looks just awesome when you fight him. Very majestic and captures the essensce of his very being. Go get your copy already!
