Heating works fast but the constant draining the bottom plug is some work when you just trying to get  cozy

JUST GOT MY UNIT DELIVERY WAS FASTER THAN EXPECTED. SET UP WAS QUITE EASY THE BIG HOSE WAS KINDA TRICKY BUT IF YOU USE COMMON SENSE YOU WILL GET THE HANG OF IT. I LIVE IN CONEY ISLAND,NY %26 IT'S SUPER HOT RIGHT NOW BUT THIS LIL UNIT IS AMAZING. AS SOON AS I SET IT UP IT GOT MY KIDS ROOM FEELING NICE %26 COLD, I'M ACTUALLY AMAZED AT HOW FAST IT COOLED MY KIDS ROOM. IT IS HEAVY SO BEING A SINGLE MOM HAVING NOBODY TO HELP ME TAKE IT UPSTAIRS IT WAS KIND OF A HASSLE BUT I DID IT LOL. I WILL DEFINITELY BE GETTING ANOTHER UNIT FOR MY OTHER KIDS ROOM. MY KIDS ARE SOOOO HAPPY %26 LOVING I'M A HAPPY MOMMA. SO WORTH EVERY PENNY. AMAZING LIL UNIT SO WORTH IT...!!!!

This DELLA 8000 BTU ASHRAE w/Heat Pump/5000 BTU (SACC) Smart Wifi Portable A/C unit Has so many features that I want to make my life simpler. So far , this is one of the best deals I ever got! Easy to set up and use : took me less than an hour to connect it. I ran the duct through the floor. The Wifi was easily connected as well. No batteries came for the remote , but who needed them? The wifi allows me to adjust the unit from my location. I used an empty plastic bottle to catch my water from the De-humidifier. Very pleased with the short time to deliver this unit. From what I can tell this unit is not expensive to run at approximately $75 per year. I had been looking for a P-Tac unit : like the hotels use. They were to large for my smaller building (144 square feet). This unit fits my needs very well!

Excellent operation with the AC. Haven't tested the heat part yet. I'm using it in an inclosed patio that heats up very hot with the sun shining in.  I'm very satisfied with how it keeps my patio cool.  I would recommend this product above all others.

This machine works. I really liked the multiple options available for maximum usage. It has quality but unfortunately I couldn't use it because of my window's placement.

good units, I made a flap for it trace out shape with left over plastic for window, that stop cold air coming in from outside, because it all opens lol COLD air drifts out unit that cause unit to runway more. and cold floor... after i made flap i drill two hole on each end, and same on other end big enough to use small wire like thermostat wire, once hole is ready, I made sure it didn't hang open and hang shut. that will save you Money. don't understand why it never came with one, it almost like a dryer vent open and shut..... make it yourself for free, just make sure it Open and shut good. could not find anything to buy for it. Hope this help others.

This works greats! Easy to assemble. Energy efficient. For now I will have to give it four stars because the winter hasn't gotten here yet to really test out the heat. and dumping the water from the unit is problematic especially if you have back issues like I do because its at the very bottom and the little pipe they give isn't much help. the pipe would be more helpful if something was sucking or pushing the water out.  if the unit had legs and you could slide a bucket under it that would be better too.

however the order came on time and undamaged

This unit cools maybe 400 sqft. Have not had a month even and fan became loose making alot of noise. Have to wrap cheap hose in ac insulation so heat doesn't go into room. I will say this would be great for small room.
