My delivery was the next day by FedEx.  driver was wonderful brought my air conditioner into my house gor me

wonderful!

Product came in three days once turned on it started blow mid air air out for like 2 mins then once the compressor turned on it blew ice cold air. Really great product I have 1300 sq Ft home and cools up good. 
Btw the pic where it's installed is just me testing in the living room I did relocate the product into my room

Great product ice cold air

It's really awesome for keeping a bedroom/small room extremely comfortable. You do have to make sure that you keep the drain hose attached if you want to to continue running because the built in water pan is very shallow so it cuts itself off within a couple of hours-so keep the drain hose attached and the unit higher up so it can drain out of your ge window or into a pitcher and problem solved.  Would buy again 100 percent.

Awesome purchase

I bought this as an extra AC for the  second floor of my home.  I like that you can use this as an air conditioner but also can be used as a fan or as a dehumidifier. Only one function at a time. It also has two different fan options for the air conditioner. 

This definitely cooled down the room but didn't lower the humidity. I have to switch it over to dehumidifier mode to lower the humidity which works great. 

The window adapter kit didn't fit great so I had to get some insulation tape to make sure all the gaps are  filled.  

It comes with a hose so you can have it  drain into a bucket if you don't want to use the window kit. 

Overall I'm satisfied with this unit for the price it does what it's supposed to do.
