This diaper is great it's the only one I can go all day without a change I pair it with the tranquility booster pads (also sold on here) and it allows me to go all day, it is pretty thick and has a slight noise when walking but as far as absorbency it surpasses everything I've tried, I'm so glad Walmart.com has these the only downfall to them is they are quite expensive at $1.51 per diaper it can definitely add up, but for one a day i can finally get my dignity back it's worth it

Great product

By far one of the most absorbent adult plastic backed diapers on the market and wicks away the moisture quickly and reduces the need constant changes. Leaks Are Not an issue diaper covers are not necessary unless desired. Very quiet, yet obviously quite bulky walking will be a slight issue. The price per diaper (PPD) is quite reasonable, with the time and reduced need for changes you will save money.

Great diaper, Great price

As a 32 year old active man living with incontinence, these are the best plastic backed diaper you can get for anything similar in cost. I have tried multiple brands and these are my go to. The absorbent material does a really great job at wicking front to back so you don't have to worry about springing leaks before half of the diaper is used. On the downside, if you are a fairly active person like myself there can be some clumping but most diapers have that issue with being active. All in all I would recommend this product for anyone dealing with medium to heavy incontinence.

Excellent absorbancy, well beyond the quality of average consumer products.

One of the best full briefs on the market. The only change I would do is put a landing zone so adjusting is easier.

After the preferred brand discontinued its high absorbency adult diaper, I tried several other brands for my parent. None of them performed as well as this diaper. The diaper also has a plastic film on the outside preventing fluids from soaking through the diaper. This purchase was recommended by  other caregivers.

The level 4 Abena products were the first "super diaper" that I ever used almost 20 years ago, and while these are still super diapers, they have been surpassed by newer designs from other companies. That aside, these are still fantastic. The plastic backing is my favorite and is very soft and quite discreet, the standing leak guards work well, and the absorbency is great for daytime and nighttime needs. The price on these diapers make them a clear choice for an everyday diaper.
