Great portable AC, nice cold air blows out and covers a good area of living space! It was easy to assemble. My AC unit didn't work in my one bedroom apartment so I bought this and by the end of the day my apartment is now cooling perfectly!

I had no issues with delivery, it even came sooner

Unfortunately, you cannot read the manual until you have the item in house. In it, the section on usage then lets you know that a hose must be used in humid weather. i live in the Northeast. It's always humid. The a/c worked well for a few days. Then, beeps and lights are letting me know the water needs to be emptied. i read the manual and there's the info i wish i had before i purchased....connect a hose.
it does blow cold air, i like that it moves the vent for circulation. it is fairly quiet.

not what i wanted

So far, so good. Got to try it out one evening and it worked great.  Only time will tell since the coming months will bring temperatures in the 100's!
