Do not trust this company, they done all the checks and paid me out my £150. Then I made other small deposits over the next day and one this morning for £100 I was playing and got to around £60 odd I then repeated my bet and it was rejected. That bet they rejected turned out to be a winning spin that would of paid me all my money back and more. My account they frozen and now I can't get back into it, apparently I can't afford to be gambling....even though I have thousands in the bank and they kept taking my money. Surely this should be done before you take peoples money and not after and while they are playing with it.

No idea why so many bad reviews when it was perfect, put in around 500 and took out just over 1,000.

Title: Beware of Suspicious Account Lockouts and Lack of Customer Support at Casimba
As a long-time player at Casimba, I never encountered any issues until recently. I was playing Wild Swarm 2 and had invested over £200 and spent 4 hours playing. When I reached a certain point in the game and increased my bet to £1, the screen suddenly went blank, and I received a message stating that I couldn't afford to play, followed by the suspension of my account.Immediately, I reached out to the support team and affordability@casimba, but I received no response for two weeks. Today, I finally received a reply stating that my account is locked, and I can't gain access to it. I am unable to sign in to withdraw my money.Left with no other option, I initiated a claimback from my bank. It's incredibly disappointing and disheartening to experience such treatment from a company I had trusted for years. It's unacceptable that my money can be taken without warning or explanation, leaving me unable to access it when needed.I would strongly advise against using this company in the future. Why one star. Grandivy,casimba or many more third parties casino not direct game provider or big organisations. They started sending me marketing emails months ago, I unsubscribed multiple times but they have continued to send me emails, after blocking 1 email address, they changed to another.

Tried to get in touch with them only to find ‘my details couldn’t be verified ‘ although they send me emails every week. Not sure why all the negative reviews, because my experience was good.

Joined in 2020 but never used until September 2022, first time i played i won over £1250, which i was very skeptical whether or not I'd get paid out after reading some reviews on Trustpilot. But these reviews are completely misleading, i was paid out in less than 24hrs.

I was then able to win a and withdraw a further £1100 last night, so based on previous withdrawal, this will hopefully land in my bank today.

I won £80, provided proof of address, proof of card, bank account, proof of driving license and passport, recent photos of myself everything I could to prove I am me! Genuinely do not understand all the negative reviews? My KYC was approved in an hour 24hour turn around on payouts. I was slightly concerned following reading some of the reviews when it came to withdrawal of funds. Couldn’t of been smoother, less than 48hrs as they suggest and the funds were paid immediately. Great live chat function

One thing to watch is the internal error message, I got this a couple of times and mainly just before bonus feature. Go back into the game and it reloads ok but something to consider

Horrendous withrawal experience.

They advertise a "fast and easy" withdrawal system but this is complete BS. They have to manually approve each withdrawal, which takes multiple days.

Then they suddenly require verification of your identity, which funnily enough wasn't required to make any deposits. I had to contact CS multiple times over a three week period as they kept dragging their feet on the withdrawal.

There are other much easier and straightfoward casino sites to use, don't waste your time here.
