As a long-time Brizy customer, I have always appreciated their innovative approach to website building. However, my recent experience with their customer service has left me thoroughly disappointed.

I reached out to Brizy via email seeking clarification on how to sign up for the AI website builder using a promotion code. Despite my inquiry, I received no response. Feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer, I followed up, only to be met with a generic reply that did not address my concerns adequately.

Furthermore, when I expressed my frustration at the lack of support, I was informed that the promotion code I was inquiring about had expired, leaving me feeling penalised for an issue beyond my control.

Communication is key in any business, and unfortunately, Brizy fell short in this aspect. As a valued customer, I expected better responsiveness and assistance, especially when encountering difficulties with their system.

This experience has left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope they take steps to improve their customer service in the future to ensure a more positive experience for all users.

I urge Brizy to prioritize effective communication and support for their customers, as it plays a crucial role in maintaining trust and loyalty. As for fellow users, I advise caution when relying on Brizy's customer service for assistance.

When I first started at Brizy, I was not sure if I would be able to build websites. In the beginning, it seemed like too much. I felt overwhelmed. But that feeling changed as soon as I reached out to Natalia, our outstanding support from Brizy. She is incredibly smart, patient, and friendly. Thanks to her, we quickly solve any issues. Not only regarding websites, but even situations regarding domains, which I know nothing of. Now, I'm amazed of how beautiful, professional and interactive my websites turned out to be.

Love Brizy. It makes website building so easy and a pleasure. The pro version which is reasonably priced and comparable to others on the market is packed with features which reduce the need and cost for other plugins. There is a free version too so you can try it out, and that alone has quite a lot of free features. It's great for newbies because it is so easy to use, and is also good for pros because it just saves a lot of time. The Brizy team are very active, friendly and supportive, and any time I have had a question or issue they have been quick to reply and genuinely interested, and there is an active community on FB. They bring out new designs and new features all the time. As with most builders, the one thing that could be improved is page speed, which they say they are working on and is ongoing. I definitely recommend it and it's one of the best lifetime deals I ever bought.

We love Brizy, we use it on our website at S.T.E.A.M arena™, I've never used it before but it's so simple, so straightforward to use and the consistency is perfect for multiple devices and screen size. We're going to upgrade and see what else we can do.

This my deep honest review about Brizy.io since I am an exerience user on the platform for over almost 4 years now.

Brizy itself is overall pretty user friendly but I have found some elements to be unbelievably confusing (I have no background in coding etc). BUT, their support has been nothing short of outstanding. They are fast to respond and give through explanations. Many times they have recorded a video for me to SHOW me what I need to do. KC did a zoom meeting with me yesterday for over an hour to help me sort out some issues with my blog. Thank you so much KC, this is by far the best support I've ever experienced with any subscription service I've dealt with.

From the get-go, it's obvious Brizy cares about providing a good user experience. It's a no-code page builder whose amount of advanced and interesting features surprised me. Beautiful designs without being too heavy on the page load time. Very intutive builder interface. The custom templates work like a char to showcase your custom products - i find this to be the most user friendly feature on brizy. Also the membership add on is a great plus - so you dont have to go for yet another plugin.. and get the essential features to crrate a paywall based memebrship site. Highly recommended.

I have been using Brizy (Pro) for about 2.5 years and now have 11 websites with Brizy WordPress. For the first year or so, features were sometimes slow to arrive, but I can now build a medium complex site in about 2 days, including fixes/changes requested by my client.

I have taken over/fixed 2 websites built with Elementor and thought it was not ready for primetime, and several functions were awkward to use, including the drag&drop sometimes suddenly going haywire.

I also inherited a site built with Divi, and wow, what a nightmare. A couple of the pages I could not even fix after wasting several hours, and finally ended up rebuilding them from scratch using raw html and JavaScript.

I also dabbed a bit with WPBakery and Oxygen page builders, both of which I found to be "decent," but still had some funky ways of doing things that were unintuitive.

Brizy is hands down the best drag & drop site builder I have found. And I call it "Site builder" because you can make your own header and footer or customize the free generic ones included with Brizy, so it is not just a page builder. What I like most about Brizy is the attention to detail, the likes of which I haven't seen any other builder even close.

Brizy is a huge timesaver for me, and is now the only website builder I use for creating my clients' sites.

As I’m early addopter I can say it’s the most intuitive and probably the best page/website builder for WP with really cool cloud saas version. Their newest feature “starter sites” is awesome
since it creates all pages and importa templates automatically. No builders does that.
I believe also the builder with the largest block and template library existing.

I have used Brizy as my main source of landing pages for many clients. This year, I had created one for a major fortune 500 client for a holiday landing page and it was shut down with no explanation. I contacted the support team and they simply said "We have manually reviewed your account and found that it does not comply with our terms of use. As a result, we have blocked your account and will not unblock it. I am closing this ticket to keep our database slim. Please do not open any tickets related to account ban issues."

I had all professional content and truly dont know why I was banned. They give me no explanation and even worse made me look bad with my client. If DIMI the CEO can please help me with this issue, I would love to continue using this program and hope they can be professional and help a long standing client.

Technical support is very responsive. They often provide videos and/or screenshots that are educational so I can solve problems myself in the future. I've also found Brizy YouTube videos resourceful.

I have to admit, a couple years ago their technical support was not as responsive. Maybe it was growing pains. I don't know. What I know is now they are fantastic.

In many way a very satisfying pagebuilder, with a generous and fantastic free version. Especially the way of working with pictures is really nice. However, sometimes experience that Brizy is a little unstable, some things that in between do not flow as they should. But can warmly recommend it, not least for beginners.
