AVOID this company!

I ordered a dress in a size Medium. Asvaf provided me with a dress that was 3 inches smaller in the bust than advertised, despite their website stating "4.Does the item run true to size?Yes!It runs true to the garment size chart please choose your size based on your measurements."

The size they sent was 2 inches smaller than even a size small. Despite repeated requests for a refund, they would not provide one, insisting that I should pay for the return postage or offering me a few dollars in compensation to keep the dress.

I filed a claim under my credit card protection insurance in the end.

I ordered 2 dress one is lovely the other one doesn't fit and is the wrong colour entirely. I have asked for a returns address as it states in the return policy I am now told they will send me $15 compensation and to keep a dress that doesn't fit me! So bad, do not order if you are unsure about sizing or colour. So annoyed.

This is a scammer. Do not order anything. There is no way to contact them. They are not a US company as they claim on their instagram and Facebook. They don’t have a building or phone service

The same as another customer, received my order of 3 items, 1 was poor quality & not as described, have only been offered $15 compensation or return at my own cost! Very disappointed, would not recommend ordering from this site

Had to chase for expected delivery time but when received, very pleased with items. The dress was a little tight but lovely material and the tops excellent, thank you.

Delivered in about two weeks but not in a hurry as it’s for the summer I chose a medium I’m a size 12 UK and it fits perfectly and is pretty too
