The friendship between The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants cast is just as strong IRL as it is on-screen. Alexis Bledel, America Ferrera, Amber Tamblyn, and Blake Lively consistently document their semi-regular reunions via social media, proof that their friendship didn't end the day the cameras stopped rolling.
Considering what a strong bond the series gave them, major nostalgia must kick in every time they see each other again. With all the major reboots that premiered this year — including Alexis's Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life on Netflix — it's only a matter of time until a full-on sisterhood comeback finally happens.
"We would love to do it," Alexis said on Jimmy Fallon's The Tonight Show. "They're amazing...I think it would be so much fun to and we talk about it."
Blake and Amber have both already expressed their desires for a third installment, so what more do you need?!
Alexis then went on to reveal that, "we're working on it, so we'll see if it happens." We're going to go ahead and take that as confirmation that another movie is on the way. Has your day been made? Yup, us too.
