Lamine Yamal makes historic Spain debut at 16

Lamine Yamal is now part of history. The young Barcelona player has become the youngest player in the history of the Spanish national team to make his debut. Lamine made his debut at the age of 16 years and 57 days, surpassing Gavi, who previously held the record.

His debut was anticipated even before the game, although Luis de la Fuente had initially left Lamine out of the starting lineup. However, Marco Asensio's injury in the final minutes of the first half accelerated his entry into the match. Lamine stepped onto the field in the 44th minute, breaking all records for precocity in the national team.
