Introducing HAECHO
HAECHO Human Resource (formally SSL Consulting) was started in the year 2003, with a
vision, to cater to organizations for all their HR and people-related needs. While the
initial focus of the company was on recruitment, the focus quickly shifted to training and
consultancy.
The broad approach taken by HAECHO in recruitment was to firstly get a deeper
understanding of the client’s needs and then scrutinize candidates closely to match
those needs. The special focus given on counseling and understanding the candidate’s
key strengths and weaknesses enables us to find a right match for each candidate.
Thanks to our impressive roster of clients, our candidates always got a choice of working

Masters from Mumbai University. With a sound professional
background in the recruitment arena, he enhanced his expertise in
Training and Development, Human Resource Consultancy,

Development and Counseling.
Heading HAECHO (formally SSL Consulting Pvt Ltd) since 2003 and
