We purchased the product for our son for Christmas. When we received the product it was flimsy and dirty. Our son tried to start the product but it would not come on. We immediately sent the product back to the seller. We assumed, incorrectly, that both the seller and Amazon would stand by the product. We were within the return period and purchased a warranty as well. Once we returned the product the warranty was voided as well. The seller accused us of trying to modify the item, which was an absolute lie. We were refunded shipping costs and nothing else. I would encourage everyone to not purchase items from this seller. There are other ratings that support my experience. In addition, we reached out to Amazon about this experience at least three times. Although the notes regarding or exchange with both the seller and Amazon was available no one seemed to be able to understand that the seller sold a defective product. The media could not be loaded. I am very happy with this product! It came in on-time, and works very well! The Playstation Portable (PSP) came with a charger, and two battery packs. I bought a game on the side, along with a 128GB memory stick, and all of the buttons work. The only thing is with modern Wi-Fi security and newer encryption software, it's harder for the PSP, being an older model, to connect to the internet. In the description for the psp it said it came with an extra battery. When I received the item it did not come with the extra battery. I let the seller know and they promptly sent the extra battery. I am very pleased with the product and the professionalism of the seller. Awesome product.

Haven’t even received mine yet but I thought I would help the people complaining. If you’re going to get a psp, get a micro sd and a psp memory card/microsd adapter so you don’t need an OEM memory card, grab a fresh cameron sino battery for your model and a OEM charger. The PSP can only connect to WPA WiFi. It’s 2023, all routers use WPA2+ You don’t even a proper reason to connect to WiFi. I don’t understand why everybody is giving 1 star blaming Amazon for this? The built browser is from 2004 it wont load anything you would want and Sony servers for the PSP have been shut down for years. If you’re so concerned about getting your system on the most recent firmware, you can download it on your computer and put it on your micro SD. CFW will let you make it region free if you had any issues with region locks. X and O button is flipped? YouTube and Google are your friends. ... show more

Wrong color. Charger it came with doesn’t work and just shuts off the psp when plugged in and doesn’t charge it. Extra battery was not included Definitly not worth 200 for the “excellent” quality.

This is a really nice looking console not many scratches but can tell the case on it is not og from Sony and umb broke second but luckily it’s moded and the port on top of the console is broke it doesn’t read that wire is in it but it’s a nice console probably not worth its 200$ price but the performance on it is good ... show more
