It seems Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas are still on Cloud 9!
On Oct 13, the Chicago star shared a seriously sweet video of her longtime love Douglas and their maltipoo pup Taylor. She posted the video with the caption reading, “He likes a scratch on the belly… who doesn’t!😂me next❤️.”
In the video, we see Douglas and Taylor cuddling on the couch, with Douglas talking about scratching their pup’s belly.
“You love when I scratch the belly? Yes he does,” he says, turning to the camera and saying “He likes when I scratch the belly.” Zeta-Jones then turns the camera to herself to repeat his sentiments, and then Douglas and their dog adorably cuddle some more!
This video comes after rumors were swirling that the two were estranged.
After they sold their multi-million dollar home, insiders claimed to RadarOnline that “The marriage is over, but they don’t want to do the whole divorce and separation thing. So, they have this arrangement that’s working for them because nobody knows about it. They are definitely living separate lives.”
However, not only does this video show they’re happily together, but they’re as playful and as happy as ever. And thank goodness for that because we can’t handle another shocking celebrity split from 2023.
The pair met back at the Deauville American Film Festival in France in August 1998, after being introduced to one another by Danny DeVito. They married two years later in Nov 2000, welcoming two children named Dylan, 23, and Carys, 20.
