    NO PENDING CASE AND RETENTION LIMIT 

       I, __________, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of


    __________, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose
    and state THAT:

    1. I am the registered owner of a parcel of land embraced by Transfer Certificate


    of Title No. ________ bearing Lot No. ______ with an area of ____ square
    meters and located at ___________;

    2. My total landholding is only _______square meters and does not exceed the
    retention limit as provided for by law;

    3. That the above described parcel of land is not tenanted and was not registered
    during the LISTASAKA Phase I and II;

    4. That the same has NO PENDING CASE and was not used as BAILBOND;

    5. Furthermore, the area sold was within my Retention Limit;

    6. That I execute this affidavit to attest to the foregoing facts of the foregoing
    statements and to support for the issuance of DAR clearance.
